Delivery Methods - All deliveries are dispatched with our helpful drivers offering good customer care with the maximum of help and the minimum of inconvenience to you, the customer. We always ask for the department or class and contact name to help the delivery find its way to you!

Delivery Times - We aim to dispatch orders on the day of receipt up to 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday except bank & public holidays). Our warehouse is always well stocked with a wide variety of educational core products and core office lines, however if we are out of stock of any special order items, we will order them the the same day with the aim to deliver as soon as we receive them.

Packaging - We always aim to ensure all goods are packaged in a sensible manner with respect to sensitive, loose or fragile items. The size and weight of parcels is also taken into consideration when orders are packaged in the warehouse.
